  3.          Michael L. Wester is a member of the Association of Shareware
  4.     Professionals (ASP).  ASP wants to make sure that the shareware
  5.     principle works for you. If you are unable to resolve a shareware-
  6.     related problem with an ASP member by contacting the member directly,
  7.     ASP may be able to help. The ASP Ombudsman can help you resolve a
  8.     dispute or problem with an ASP member, but does not provide technical
  9.     support for members' products.  Please write to the ASP Ombudsman at

  14.          The Unregistered Shareware message will be removed on any
  15.     registered version of Jokes & Quotes.  Registered users of Jokes &
  16.     Quotes will receive the entire collection of Jokes & Quotes data
  17.     files (Currently over 6000 records in more than 40 different
  18.     categories and still growing.), the latest version of Jokes & Quotes
  19.     and a printed copy of the manual. (Laser printed booklet.)

  21.          Technical support for registered users of Jokes & Quotes will be
  22.     provided by phone or mail for a period of not less than three months
  23.     and probably for as long as it takes to resolve the problem.
  24.     Unregistered users will receive technical support based on the
  25.     seriousness of the problem and the sincerity of their desire to
  26.     register.

  29.          There are two license agreements available.  You may purchase a
  30.     "stand-alone" single computer license or a network server license.
  31.     
  32.     Single user license:      A single user license allows the use of
  33.                               Jokes & Quotes on a single computer.  Copies
  34.                               of the registered version of Jokes & Quotes
  35.                               may not be produced for purposes other than
  36.                               backups.
  37.     
  38.     Network license:          A network license allows you to make a
  39.                               single copy of Jokes & Quotes available from
  40.                               a network server to up to 100 network users.
  41.                               If the number of users exceeds 100 you must
  42.                               purchase a second license.  A copy of Jokes
  43.                               & Quotes must be purchased for every
  44.                               individual network server it will be
  45.                               installed to.
